Individual Sessions
Sessions are 60 to 75 minutes long depending on the client's needs and intentions.
• Check In- begin by connecting and understanding where you are at today.
• Grounding- Connecting to your resource or resourced state and to the breath.
• Working Through- gently exploring and processing what ever comes up. This can be specific to the intentions of the session and involves exploration with awareness to the somatic sensations.
• Integration- bringing together insights and embodied experiences along with introducing breath, sound and movement.
• Orienting- preparing and grounding for the rest of your day or week.
Every session is a collaborative journey that involves ongoing client consent. Your wisdom, experiences, and intentions guide our work together as we create space for healing and growth.
